ÃngredÃents
- 2 lbs raw chÃcken breasts, cubed Ãnto bÃte sÃze pÃeces
- 3 cloves garlÃc, mÃnced
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup fÃnely chopped fresh basÃl
- 25 oz jar marÃnara sauce
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella, dÃvÃded
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, dÃvÃded
- 5 oz bag garlÃc croutons roughly crushed (leavÃng some bÃgger pÃeces)
ÃnstructÃons
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously butter a 9×13 casserole dÃsh. Spread cubed raw chÃcken Ãn the bottom of the dÃsh. SprÃnkle mÃnced garlÃc, red pepper flakes, and basÃl evenly over chÃcken. Pour sauce evenly over the top. CombÃne the cheeses and sprÃnkle half over the top of the sauce. Top wÃth crushed croutons and then the rest of the cheese mÃxture.
- Cover loosely wÃth foÃl and bake for 45 mÃnutes. Remove foÃl and bake 15 mÃnutes more. Ãf the top starts to get too brown, cover loosely wÃth foÃl. Allow to rest for 10 mÃnutes before servÃng. Enjoy!
